## About this clinic

Hormonal health deserves real attention.

Hormonal changes affect every aspect of a woman's experience — mood, energy, sleep, pain, cognition, libido, and more. Yet too often these experiences are minimised, attributed to stress, or left to resolve themselves. We take a different view.

We provide comprehensive, evidence-informed care for the full range of hormonal health concerns across a woman's life — from PMOS and PMDD in younger years, through to perimenopause and menopause. Our approach is always personalised, always whole-person, and always grounded in the best available evidence.

PERIMENOPAUSE

### The transition before menopause

Perimenopause can begin 7–10 years before periods stop, often presenting subtly but with real impact on daily function. Every woman's journey is unique — we offer thorough screening, lifestyle support, and MHT where appropriate. All our Women's Health GPs are Australian Menopause Society members and stay current with the latest evidence, which is finally evolving in women's favour.

MENOPAUSE

### Evidence-informed menopause care

Personalised management including MHT, non-hormonal options, and lifestyle strategies. We also manage hypoactive sexual desire disorder, and support women with a history of breast cancer to access safe, evidence-based non-hormonal strategies.

NEURODIVERGENCE & HORMONES

### A forgotten piece of the puzzle

For neurodivergent women, hormones are often an overlooked factor that profoundly affects function and symptoms — across the cycle, through perimenopause, and beyond. We acknowledge this intersection and bring it into the care conversation.

PMDD

### Premenstrual dysphoric disorder

PMDD is a serious, cyclical condition that profoundly affects quality of life. We take it seriously, assess it thoroughly, and develop a plan that addresses the whole picture.

### **Myth and the Evidence:**

The use of menopausal hormone therapy is now better understood than it was 20–30 years ago. We provide an up-to-date, balanced discussion of the benefits and risks — tailored to your individual health picture — so you can make a decision that is right for you.

## What to Expect

Heard, assessed, and supported.

New appointments are booked for 40–60 minutes, and review appointments for 30 minutes. Telehealth is available for suitable consultations. We begin with a comprehensive history and risk assessment — understanding your symptoms, your cycle, your personal and family health history, and what matters most to you.

We will organise any relevant blood tests or investigations, review results in full with you, and develop a personalised care plan. Where hormone therapy is relevant, we will discuss the evidence, your individual risk profile, and all available options — so you can make a fully informed decision.

#### **A note on AI note-taking:**

We use AI-assisted note-taking during consultations. Written care plans are available on request and can be emailed to you. We are happy to write to your GP on referral or on request.
