## Dr Esther Long

FRACGP · MBBS

**Women’s Health Specialist GP**

Esther is a UTAS graduate who has been working as a doctor in Tasmania since 2018. Since starting as a general practitioner in 2020, she has built a reputation for the time she takes with her patients — sitting with complexity, listening closely, and working through health needs that don't always have a straightforward answer. Now she's bringing that same whole-hearted care into a new direction: women's health.

Esther is delighted to join the team at Outside the Box, where she can dedicate her work to this area full-time. She is Vagenius trained in persistent pelvic pain and a member of the Australian Menopause Society, and she looks forward to continuing to build her knowledge and experience in women's health, while valuing the insights and lived experience each patient brings to their own care.

She is committed to providing collaborative, compassionate and personalised care. Esther has a warm and approachable manner and values having the time to listen, understand the whole person, and work alongside her patients to support their individual health and wellbeing.
