We use AI note-taking to help us listen more closely, document more accurately, and spend more of your appointment focused on you — not on a keyboard.

## You can always say no.

If you would prefer we do not use AI note-taking during your consultation, **simply tell your clinician or our care team at any point** — before, during, or after your appointment. No explanation is needed. Your preference will be noted and respected without question.

Heidi AI — built for healthcare

 

 

 

Most of our clinicians use **Heidi**, an AI-powered clinical documentation tool developed in Melbourne specifically for healthcare settings. Heidi is used by thousands of clinicians across Australia and is designed with patient privacy and clinical accuracy at its centre.

Heidi is an ambient scribe — it listens in the background during your consultation and uses that to generate structured clinical notes, summaries, and correspondence. It does not replace your clinician's judgement. Every note is reviewed, edited where needed, and approved by your doctor before it is used.
